The Board of Directors wishes to inform you of the departure of Marc Peliel as President and Chief Executive Officer of Humania.

To enable a smooth transition and maintain continuity, the Board has appointed Nicolas Moskiou as interim President and CEO. Until now, he served as Executive Vice-President, Products, Innovation and Partnership. Mr. Moskiou has many years of experience in the insurance industry. His expertise and engaging leadership will continue to be an asset to Humania. Supported by the executive team that remains in place, he will lead a company that is in excellent financial shape.
