Giving time for a better community
Each year, Empathy Day allows our employees to dedicate a full day to volunteering with organizations of their choice. This initiative encourages personal and collective engagement and allows our employees to get involved in causes that are close to their hearts.
Leucan
Supporting Children with cancer and their families
In 2023-2024, Humania is proud to support Leucan, an organization that provides support services to children with cancer and their families. All funds raised during our annual fundraising events will be donated to Leucan to support its essential mission.
PHIT CANADA
United for the health and well-being of youth
Promoting health and well-being has always been at the heart of our values and we are delighted to join forces with PHIT Canada, whose mission is to improve the physical and mental health of young Canadians by promoting physical activity and a healthy lifestyle. By working together, we can definitely help more communities achieve better health and quality of life.
SOCODEVI
An international commitment
Our social involvement extends even to the international level. As a member of SOCODEVI, we contribute to improving the living conditions of marginalized populations in many developing countries through consulting services, financial commitments and concrete actions.
Humania Cultural Center
An investment in the local community
In 2014, Humania partnered with the City of Saint-Hyacinthe to support the Cultural Center which brings together, under one roof, different organizations and socio-cultural actors in the region. We are pleased to support the local community of Saint-Hyacinthe where the mutual head office is located. This infrastructure bears the name of “Humania Assurance Cultural Center.”
