Our team actively manages disability claims: first by determining eligibility according to the terms of the insurance contract, and then by deploying proactive action plans to enable the insured to return to work as quickly and safely as possible. We work as much with individual insurance as with group coverage provided by an employer or group. Our analysts work in collaboration with medical consultants, including a psychiatrist, physiotherapy and occupational therapy consultants, as well as in-house rehabilitation consultants.
