In partnership with Fintech Cadence, Humania Assurance and Tour+Med announce the members of the Innovation Competition jury.
The finalists—soon to be announced—will present their solutions before a jury of five experts from the insurance, fintech, and entrepreneurship sectors, including representatives from Humania Assurance and its subsidiary, Tour+Med.
This jury will be responsible for selecting and awarding the three winners during the grand finale in November, with a total of $35,000 in prizes. These promising projects aim to enhance the travel experience of snowbirds and could pave the way for innovative, real-world solutions for the industry.

Nicolas Moskiou

Pascale Audette
Member of the Board of Directors, Humania Assurance and President & CEO, YMCAs of Quebec
With over 25 years of experience, Pascale Audette has led fast-growing technology companies and contributed to their international expansion. The former CEO of Carebook Technologies, she was appointed President and CEO of the YMCA of Québec in 2025. She also serves on several boards and actively supports emerging businesses.
Mélanie Muise
President, Personal & Travel Insurance, Navacord
A seasoned executive with more than 18 years of experience in the insurance industry, Mélanie Muise is recognized for her expertise in personal and travel insurance. As President at Navacord, she is known for her strategic leadership, results-oriented mindset, and ability to mobilize teams around digital transformation initiatives. She plays a key role in driving the organization’s growth and innovation.
