Humania Highlights a Transformative Year at Its 2026 Annual General Meetings

Saint-Hyacinthe, April 9, 2026 – At its Annual General Meetings, Humania Assurance presented the highlights of a transformative 2025.

In her address, Chair of the Board of Directors Joanne Vézina emphasized the strategic importance of 2025 for Humania:

“We mark a significant milestone in the evolution of Humania. In a context shaped by technological and cultural transformations, the organization continued its growth with rigor, consistency, and responsibility, remaining true to its mission: making insurance accessible.”

President and Chief Executive Officer Nicolas Moskiou also reaffirmed the strength of Humania Assurance and the cohesion of its teams in support of sustainable success:

“We are moving forward with clear priorities: putting our teams at the heart of our operations, expanding our protection offering to reach more people, and maintaining sound and disciplined financial management.

Key highlights presented include: 

  • Humania demonstrates a solid financial position, supported by rigorous management.. 
  • The 2025–2027 strategic plan is well established and reflects a clear vision.
  • Organizational capacity has been strengthened through major initiatives implemented to support teams. 
  • External recognition, including continued placement among Canada’s Top 100 Small and Medium Employers for the 8th consecutive year.
