IWME is now more flexible than ever

September 24, 2018Individual Insurance and representatives

Individuals who don’t work may now be eligible for IWME life insurance and critical illness insurance. Several improvements have been made so that a greater number of clients can be insured. Individuals on maternity or parental leave are now eligible for all types of coverage, including disability and debt insurance. The age limit for purchasing IWME life coverage is now 70 years, and contracts can be renewed until the age of 80.

IWME gives hard-to-insure clients access to four distinct types of coverage:

  • Life: up to $300,000
  • Critical illness: up to $100,000
  • Disability: up to $2,500/month
  • Debt: up to $2,500/month
